Like everyone else, I too am concerned about AI.
But it wasn’t until I heard a reframing from John Hope Bryant that I viewed it differently.
How you view something WILL determine how you navigate it.
For years, when I trained new people in a task, I would say, “If you think you can do this, you’re right. If you think you can’t do this, you’re right. Your success is determined by what you believe.”
Did you know that the reason why we use the term horsepower to describe an engine was so that people could understand how many horses an engine could replace?
What if AI is The Great Equalizer?
