Get real, you will never be able to ball like Michael Jordan. But you CAN profit like Mike!
This is another think, act, get. But the sports edition.
Part 1 of think, act, get, used Hip Hop to illustrate when you THINK differently, you ACT differently. And when you act differently, you GET different results.
So, let’s break down how you can mirror Mike’s revenue streams and profit as he does:
We all know the legendary deal Mike has with Nike. But, you can profit from them as well by purchasing Nike stock (stock symbol: NKE). To maximize the opportunity, you have to automatically reinvest the dividends back into Nike stock to grow your bag.
The more shares your dividends purchase, the bigger your dividend check gets. The bigger your divided check gets, the more shares you automatically purchase.
You now have a positive feedback loop, and your bag grows!
I use GiveAshare.com to purchase Nike shares for family, friends, and my students. Use code: Monk Says for a discount.
Mike quenched his thirst with Gatorade – owned by Pepsi (stock symbol: PEP).
If you’re a more holistic person and you drink Vitamin Water, then Coca-Cola is your company (stock symbol: COKE). If you buy this company you also get a piece of Powerade (so you get a two-fer).
Mike bought a basketball team. If you buy Madison Square Gardens you also get a piece of the New York Knicks (stock symbol: MSGS).
Yeah, it’s the Knicks, but it gets you in the ownership position.
Mike is now the owner of a winning NASCAR team. NASCAR is not publicly traded, but Formula 1 is (stock symbol: FWONK).
Hopefully, you get the picture I’m illustrating. You don’t have to be in awe or angry about how athletes earn. You can mirror them!
