Bridging The Gap
Finance has a language all its own and that’s why most people find it hard to understand. But at Monk Says… I chose to use basketball as a bridge in the gap between how we talk as regular people and the complex world of personal finance.
Here at Monk Says… you don’t have to know a lot about basketball. You only need to know that the game exists. Basketball is only used as a metaphor.
But just like basketball, personal finance is a game. It just happens to be a game with huge consequences and benefits. Therefore, it is important that we all understand it.
