Warren Buffet talks about something he calls the Ovarian Lottery: to whom you are born will determine how far you will go in life.
Trevor Noah said on his podcast episode, Hard Work is a Lie, that wealth is like a passport in that it determines where you can go.
With travel bans, you cannot go to certain countries. What Trevor Noah is saying is, wealth opens doors and lets you into spaces.
It gets you access to better food, better living accommodations, better learning opportunities.
But the question i pose is, once you have this access and freedom, what are you gonna’ do with it?
Because freedom is like someone drunk, it reveals who you really are.
